Kyle Halvorson – Team Lead Project Services

Kyle Halvorson is a Project Manager and Team lead for Elevation Technical Services and is based in Kamloops, BC. He brings 9 years of project management experience. As Project Manager he has led small to large multidisciplinary projects throughout BC. Kyle holds a Diploma in Architectural and Engineering Technology and Degree in General Studies both from Thompson Rivers University. 

Kyle has demonstrated successful delivery of projects of all sizes for the Ministry of Transportation all over BC and was involved in the recovery and response phases of the November 2021 Atmospheric River events on the Highway 1 Corridor. He has experience consulting with, elected officials, Indigenous Communities, third party utility companies, internal and external stakeholders and private property owners.
